·         Election of the Executive Committee

·         Treasurer’s report

·         Superintendant Norman Mellor (25 minutes)

·         Any Forster and Holly Shelbourne –Trading Standards (20 minutes)

·         Marcella Payne – Portsmouth NHW Overview (20 minutes)

·         Questions and Answers

·         8.45 pm  Close of Meeting

The deadline for receipt of written nominations for the election of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer will be by Monday 7^th May 2012. Please send to the address listed below or Email them.

There are several NW hard plastic Street Signs available to buy on the evening at a bargain price of £5.00 per sign.  These can be used to replace existing signs in your street if necessary.  If you wish to take advantage of this special offer, please bring cash to pay to the Treasurer and receipts will be provided.
